Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled, picked up, or delivered. If an order is cancelled before fulfillment, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.
If we are unable to complete an order because valid age identification cannot be verified, the recipient is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our approved delivery area, or the order cannot legally be completed, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Alcohol products may not be returnable once transferred to the customer, except where required by law or due to store error, damaged goods, or incorrect items.
If there is a problem with your order, contact High Peaks Wine & Spirits as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or cancellation is appropriate.
